Synthweavers can craft the Hypercloth Force Expert's armor set at synthweaving level 420 or higher. To craft this set, Synthweavers can buy the schematic from the synthweaving crew skill trainer once they've reached synthweaving level 420 - the schematic is not visible at the trainer before that level.

Buying the Hypercloth Force Expert's Armor Set from the GTN with Credits

Pieces of the Hypercloth Force Expert's set can be found on the GTN, which is an auction house where players can buy and sell unbound items. To find the GTN at level 10 or higher, look for the Galactic Trade Network section of the Republic or Imperial Fleet.
