Synthweavers can craft the Hypercloth Aegis / Nanite Threaded Aegis armor set at synthweaving level 420 or higher. To craft this set, Synthweavers can buy the schematic from the synthweaving crew skill trainer once they've reached synthweaving level 420 - the schematic is not visible at the trainer before that level.
