Sith Blademaster's Lightsaber (main hand)
The Sith Blademaster's Lightsaber (main hand) is a Pvp Vendor lightsaber that can be found in Star Wars: The Old Republic. The Sith Blademaster's Lightsaber (main hand) can only be used at level 46 and up, but if you are higher than level 46 you can wear it cosmetically in the Outfitter to show its appearance on your character while using a higher-level weapon in your Gear tab for stats. This lightsaber can only be used empire side.
How to Get: PvP Vendor, Valor 46
This is a direct screenshot of the Sith Blademaster's Lightsaber (main hand)! The file name is thumbnail-sith-blademasters-lightsaber.jpg - as long as I named it right and didn't mix up its name with another weapon, this should be an exact screenshot of this weapon, which I or another player actively owned.
Sound: Ardent
All Lightsabers with the Ardent sound type have the same sound, including the Sith Blademaster's Lightsaber (main hand). This isn't the official name, and this Lightsaber sound type may be labelled something like weaponmeleelightsaber20 in the background of the game.

Your Valor rank signifies how much you've played Player vs Player content in Star Wars: The Old Republic, and the higher your valor rank, the more player-vs-player rewards you have access to, including weapons. PvP weapons require a certain Valor level, earned by playing PvP.
The Sith Blademaster's Lightsaber (main hand) is only available for Empire players who have reached Valor Level 46, and can be bought from the PvP Weapons Vendor in the Combat section of the Empire Fleet.
This lightsaber is only the main hand version, and can not be equipped in the off hand as a second lightsaber, and it may be tricky to find a matching lightsaber if you are a dual-wielder.
Identical Weapons
These weapons will have an identical or very similar look to the Sith Blademaster's Lightsaber (main hand). There's no real name for the appearance, but I've labelled it sabersithhigh04a01v01 which may be a name I call all identical weapons, or a name in the game files.

These Lightsaber weapons will have the same sound as the Unleashed Bulwark's Lightsaber. There's no real name for the sound, but I've called it 'Ardent' it may be called something like weaponmeleelightsaber20 in the game files.
