The Thermal Targeter's MK-3 (Republic) (BoE) armor set is a Rare Heroic Drops armor set that players can get in Star Wars: The Old Republic. This set is wearable only by Republic characters, who are level 33 or higher on any Republic class.

How to Get Rare Heroic Drops Armors

Heroic Drop armors are uncommon rare armors that would drop randomly from enemies in the game, and have the exact same look at the low-level armor you earn from Heroics while levelling up. The difference is that these ones do not come directly as a quest rewrd, have a purple border, and are Binds on Equip which means they are able to be bought and sold on the GTN. They change apperance per faction.
