Jedi Promulgator Armor Set
The Jedi Promulgator armor set is a Retired Pvp Level 20 armor set that players can get in Star Wars: The Old Republic. This set is wearable only by Republic characters, who are level 20 or higher on any Republic class in the Outfitter tab but is restricted to characters that can wear light armor in the normal equipment slots.
How to Get Retired Pvp Level 20 Armors
Retired Pvp Level 20 armors are retired, which means they are no longer obtainable. You might be able to find a similar look-alike set below.

Imperial-side
This armor set changes appearance when it is transferred Imperial-side. It keeps the same name, but will take the appearance of a set for the mirror-class of this set.

No Identical Looks
I do not have any identical looks for the retired Jedi Promulgator set in my database - which means there is literally no way to get this armor look in the game. I've marked it as unique because there are no other non-retired sets that hav this property: Fitted Adarian Mining MK-B but no hood, compared to the other similarly-shaped armors below. If we are lucky, one day the developers will add a new way to get this old armor.
